Headteacher Vacancy at Danesfield CoE Middle School

 

West Somerset Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a new Headteacher who embodies our core values and will work tirelessly to ensure every child receives a first-class education and reaches their full potential. We seek a dynamic and inspirational leader who recognises the faith element of our school, and will have the ambition to drive for the highest academic standards and will ensure a rich, happy and stimulating environment for our children

Cleaners required at Danesfield Middle School

 

Working hours: 10 hours per week

 

Rate of pay: £9.43 an hour

 

Work Location: Based at Danesfield Middle School but may be required to work across all areas / locations of the West Somerset Academies Trust.

Finance Assistant Vacancy

 

Post to start as soon as possible (Maternity cover, in the first instance)

Working hours: 25 hours per week, all year round.

Rate of pay: Somerset Pay Spine Grade 13, Point 11 (£11.27 an hour)

Work Location: Whilst the primary location will be the Trust offices at Minehead Middle School you may be required to visit other settings across the Trust and therefore the ability to drive would be desirable.

Some flexible working can be negotiated.

 

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and experienced Finance Assistant to join our central team. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, be numerically confident, and have excellent attention to detail. Key responsibilities will include raising invoices and ensuring that income due is collected promptly, managing Early Years Funding, maintaining accurate and up to date accounting records and promptly and professionally responding to queries in the first instance or escalating them to the Trust Finance Manager where appropriate.

Early Years Bank Staff

 

Rate of pay: £9.43 an hour

 

Work Location: Mainly at St Peter’s Nursery and King Edward Road Nursery but may be required to work across other Early Years settings within the West Somerset Academies Trust.

 

We are seeking to appoint self-motivated, caring and flexible early years practitioners to join our growing Nurseries.

 

Bank Staff posts include a range of shifts within the opening hours of 8am-6pm.  Hours to cover staff training, sickness and annual leave. The roles are to work across the age ranges and to contribute to the development and recording of care and development.  Successful applicants will work in kind and supportive teams and be required to provide excellent care for the children. The ability to play and communicate well with children is crucial alongside a willingness to work as a team.
